Camp Floyd Rogers staff have a vital and unique role in creating a fun and safe environment for campers (children ages 8-17). CFR is actively recruiting qualified applicants who are 18 years of age or older, caring, team-oriented, energetic, hardworking, and enjoy working with children. CFR is a week-long, overnight camp experience that is as rewarding for the staff as it is for the campers.

The Basics:
All individuals applying need to be responsible, organized, and prepared to take on the dynamics of maintaining 24-hour child care. Individuals need to ready and willing to meet the active and full schedule with enthusiasm.

Physical:
Individuals must be in adequate physical condition to meet the demands of attending/leading a 24-hour, week long, outdoor camp. Typical camp activities include hiking, team sports (e.g. soccer), team building activities, and games of tag in all kinds of weather.

Experience:
While formal experience is preferred, Camp Floyd Rogers will accept applications from individuals who do not possess formal training when a love for children is present and it is clear they would enjoy working in a summer camp setting.
